Yep -- as I mentioned two or three times in the same post ;-)

w3schools was just a good example of a high-traffic site that still
sees a very significant chunk of traffic using the 800x600 resolution.
Simple geography is not necessarily a good indicator either; we see
many 800x600 users on sites serving groups of affluent users who just
are not that tech-oriented...
