[Typo3] [Typo3-announce] Zap the Gremlins - report them!!!!

It's the whole procedure that I have to go through to report a gremlin
that's keeping me from doing it. I intend to contribute, and I hope I'll do
so, but I just need time to go through all the instructions and to set up
the accounts (plural) that are required and then do the bug search etc,
before finally telling you my issue, which is probably not really a big
problem anyway since I'm just a newbie and don't have so many experiences to
report.
