[Typo3] Rendering in FE weird

Hi,

There's something i can't figure out ... the header-tags are rendering 
html encoded
like <h1> is rendering like this : &lt;h1&gt;Intégrité de 
l'information&lt;/h1&gt;
In the DB it's recorded like this :
<h1>Intégrité de l'information</h1>

I really don't understand why only on this page it gonna so weird ...
any idea please ?
