Thank you for your tipp.
But I make some tests and instead of:

user=TEXT
user.value=User
user.value.lang.de=Benutzer
user.value.lang.it=Utente

works like this:

user=TEXT
user.value=User
user.lang.de=Benutzer
user.lang.it=Utente
