[Typo3] Spreading TYPO3 in the USA

After a slow start the US list seems to kick off. There's a thread about 
the development of the US community and deployment of the plans Michell 
Heizer, US Typehead, has developed in cooperation with the TYPO3 
Marketing Team. But Michelle can only succeed if she gets lots of help.
So please all US folks on this list, will you please join the US list 
and give input on the discussion?
