[Typo3] Indexed Search and Caching Problem

Firsts, search the list for this problem, it happened to many people.
There are different recipes to solve this problem and searching is
really the best first step in this particular case!

(This is not a dummy "search-before-you-write" answer but I really
recommend to search for the answer!)
