[Typo3] Extending Filelinks into cms system extension

Hi all,
I would like to modify the plug in filelinks which is
on the level of the extension system cms.  in fact I
would like to add two select box A and B which are
dependant, the elements of B dependent of the value
chosen in A.  I read Typo Core Api and I saw the easy
way to make a form change display using the type field
in the configuration of the TCA table. But the
configuration of the type field on the   cms system
extension is already done and use for not only
filelinks  but table and so on.  
I would like only as soon as filelinks is selected to
generate  two select box and that the select box B
depends on  A.
Any suggestion is come well it.
