[Typo3] CHC_Forum topic re-ordering

Hi Jay!

Have you tried the "Appearance Settings" in the forum configuration? At 
the bottom it allows you to "Sort conferences by", "Sort categories by", 
"Sort threads by" and "Sort posts by".
If you just want to re-arrange some e.g. categories you have to change 
the "sorting" field of "tx_chcforum-category" in the database.
