[Typo3] Custom "Style Buttons" in RTE

 I created my own stylesheet in fileadmin/style/mystyle.css, and in the 
TSConfig of my root page I inserted this line:

RTE.default.contentCSS = fileadmin/style/mystyle.css

 And what now? Because I see no result on my editor :-( What did I miss here? 
Can you give more details please?
