[Typo3] Fatal error after upgrade to 3.8.1

I have found problems creating new table only when table structures has
been changed so that changes can't be done (changes would cause 
SQL-errors - in this case it is necessary either to drop the table or 
make changes manually). In other situations all new tables has been 
created. Strange.
