[Typo3] Make Typo3 faster?

Well, TYPO3 is known to be slow compared to other systems. But it also can
do a lot... You should check that caching is enabled, phpaccelerator is
installed etc..., of course static files as well as most small systems like
phpnuke etc. are still faster. The question is if the benefit is great
enough, and I for sure anser the question with YES :)
