[Typo3] newloginbox email format

I just needed a few more minutes to figure this out. My apologies 
to the list.

It turns out that the quote marks (") surrounding the spring 
variables were converted to " codes. So, all I needed to do 
was erase the quotes.

In my TS Setup, one of the statements.

plugin.tx_newloginbox_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.default {
forgot_password_pswmsg (
Your member number
Hi %s

Your member number is %s
)
}
