[Typo3] T3-3.8.1 tt_news mysterium?

Hi all!

Why is tt_news downgraded to 1.0.4 when i Update to 3.8.1? Guess it 
has something to do with my installation rather than the package.

But if I don't ask, I will never learn why :-)  Especially because it 
was mentioned on the wiki for a short while.
