[Typo3] How to drop path segments in RealUrl?

Hi,
first of all, thank you for your answers.
But I think, I missed the point in my first posting.

The fact is, I get URLs like
www.uni-x.de/fakultaeten
www.uni-x.de/fakultaeten/sowi

But I wish
www.uni-x.de/sowi instead of www.uni-x.de/fakultaeten/sowi

In other words,  I wish
if the segment "fakultaeten" is not the last segment, it should be hidden

Do you have an hint  ;-)
