[Typo3] External URL in menu

Hi everybody,
I defined a page as an "External URL". The page is included in a menu, in
the middle of a bunch of standard pages.
Now, when I point my mouse over the link associated to that page in the
menu, the status bar of my browser displays something like (RealURL
extension installed):

    http://......./typo3_main_site.html

In this way, a visitor might erroneously think that the page is local,
instead of an external link. I'd like to make the final URL to appear in
the status bar, i.e.:

    http://www.typo3.org

in order to avoid confusion.
Is there any easy way to get this?
