[Typo3] cannot use BE at fresh installed typo3 quickstart

I have just completly deleted the typo3 folder, dumped the database and 
cleared my browser cache.

Then i unpacked the typo3 files onto the server, and run the 1-2-3-GO 
installer. NO CHANGE. I seriously don't know what the h*** is wrong with 
my setup.
