[Typo3] newsletter_subscription extension help

Hello,

This is the second time posting this question, perhaps the first posting was
not concise enough - so please help me if you can.

I'm trying to use the da_newsletter_subscription extension. On typo 3.8

After a user subscribes to a newsletter, the system sends a response to the
subscribers e-mail address.  However the e-mail comes from
apache at localhost.localdomain  

I would like to change this to my domain to be something like news at rgv.ca -
where can I change this?  I would like to change this to news at rgv.ca which
is on a multi domain hosting system.
