Hi there,

Just take a look at the extension manager and the different extensions 
that might be needed for your case: Frontend Login, etc.

The dummy package is actually not the best package to start with Typo3. 
Better go for the QuickStart package and see how Kaspar has set up 
different websites with a lot of features.
