all these extensions should be OK imho.

most likely you ran a TYPO3 v 3.7.0 and  mysql --version returns
something like "4.1.x" then you might have some troubles with default
"0" and auto_increment.

or you have troubles with sr_static_info, try to re-install that and
make the suggested db-changes.
