[Typo3] spamProtectEmailAddresses 404 not found

According to the author this problem is related with the 'link cleaning' 
feature of qcom_htmlcleaner. It will be fixed in the next version.
The workaround for now is to deactivate the 'clean links' [clean_links] 
option in the extension properties.
