[Typo3] Simple tt_news question

I have a very very simple question here.  What I am asking is what is 
your strategy when setting up ttnews.  There are so many ways to put 
news on the site, you can put all the news into one page, or spread your 
news records, whatever.

What is the best way to store all your news articles/records/categories, 
etc?

Should I put every category in thier own page, aswell as the news items? 
Or should I make a storage folder?  What is the BEST way in a GENERAL sense.
