[Typo3] kickstarter extension, also possible with CSS ?

AFAIK the kickstarter doesn't "produce" anything but dummy code for the
plugins. (At least for me it always produced that dummy code.)
Since you will have to change that manually anyway, it doesn't matter if it
contains table tags or not.
