[Typo3] text w/image content element in my own extension

Hi,

Can anybody help me , how to add content element "text w/image" to my extension ???
I'm read a lot of manuals and studied more tca.php files on other extensions, but I'm not foud any example.

I can only add text, text with RTE or Text no wrap elements, but I need text w/image.

Any help or suggestion ?
