[Typo3] templavoila 0.4.0 with typo3-3.7.0

I had the same problem. You have to uninstall the extension and then 
remove it from your server. After you uninstall, go to the " extensions 
available to install" window. Click on the title of the ext and in the 
dropdown box  you can delete the ext. Then you can install 3.0
