[Typo3] need to move a site, how?

We have the following two web servers:

A) Linux 2.6.9-5.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jan 5 19:30:39 EST 2005 i686 i686 i386 
GNU/Linux, Typo3 3.7

B) Linux 2.6.9-5.0.5.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Apr 8 14:29:47 EDT 2005 i686 i686 
i386 GNU/Linux, Typo3 3.8 beta 2

We've created a site on server A.  Is there any way to move the site 
from server A to server B?  Not very familia with Typo3.  I'm wondering 
if there is some sort of export/import function.

Thanks in advance for any ideas, suggestions or pointers.
