[Typo3] FE not showing

I'm having the same problem with no frontend showing up in www.tsi.bc.ca.
Can you tell me how you determined where the PHP error was coming from
please?

Try to replace the mentioned file with a fresh copy from the T3 source
package ... maybe you made
some modification by mistake ...
