[Typo3] Modify the back-end interface

    Hello to everybody!
 I need to modify the back-end interface for a
 specific
 back-end user ( to simplify it) . In my case, i have
 to modify this for an admin of a news site. More
 specific, i need 2 buttons (one for categories and
 one
 for news) that   take me to the inserting forms, and
 a
 list with news an categories and that's all. Can
 anyone give me some ideas?
