[Typo3] Modify the back-end interface

Look at the videos, http://typo3.org/documentation/videos/wmv-format/. And 
also the Quickstart manual. Everything is explained there.

In the HowTo Collection there is some videos about creating an backend user/group 
and how to give them permissions. I'm using it to give different editors 
backend-suited to their need. The news-editors has and backend with an left 
column like this.

WEB
--Page
--List
Doc
User
--Setup (to change language and password in backend)
Help
--About modules (etc..)

In middle column (page tree)
- Newscat
- News

And subcats

Both are sysfolders

When the news-editors cliks on create new record in right column, he has 
only access to news and newscat.

He (she) got an 2 page manual when started, and 1/2 hour training. The persons 
are not very clever IT-users, but they hasn't had any problems in 6 months.
