[Typo3] Typo3 vs Plone. What are strenghts and weaknesses?

I do not use Plone. So I can not help you.

One question to you:
When I see plon sites, I see that majority of them has the same navigation
structure as plon.org
With TYPO3 - absolutely different situation - many different designs and
navigations.
Is it true, that  it is not easy to integrate any design and any navigation
to Plone?
