[Typo3] rtehtmlarea + target=_top

Hallo,

I have a problem using the rtehtmlarea extension.


Whenever I insert a link to a page and set the Target to "Top" in the pulldown
box at the bottom of the Link-Dialog the target does not get set.
If I switch to HTML-Source display the target= attribute is just not added.

If I add it manually it works...

Any idea how I can get the rtehtmlarea to insert this attribute ?
