TYPO3-LIVE is a fully functional CD ROM, which you just throw in your 
computer, and have a ready running TYPO3 version for testing or 
advertisement purposes

However, as tomorrow is very near (and Murphy is always there :)) why 
not use the WAMP-installer from Ingmar Schlecht:

http://typo3.sunsite.dk/WAMP/WAMP-quickstart-3.6.0RC1-2.exe

...install it on your lap-top, migrate your website and here you go!
