[Typo3] Newsletter extension

I'm looking for a newsletter extension that does not more than:
1. Allowing visitors to subscribe to selected newsletter categories
2. Allowing BE-Users to send a simple plain-text mail to all subscribers 
of a selected category.

Something like da_newsletter_subscription, but with the possibility to 
write the subject and the message of the e-mail yourself via a 
web-interface and send them with this web-interface.

I have found quite a few newsletter extensions, but as far as I know 
they grab the content of the message from a webpage, instead of letting 
you write your own newsletter text.
