[Typo3] width of rtehtmlarea textarea in Firefox

Hi Torsten,

I emailed Rolland (the extention author) about the problem, and he came up 
with the 0.4.51 as the  fix and I've tried the fix and it works. Please 
update your rtehtmlarea to 0.4.51
