[Typo3] Add a button-field to FE_USERS

Hi list

I want to do this: Present  a button in the backend to print a paper with the username/password etcetera on it. I want to do this by creating an extension. I can create extensions but I don't know how to add a button to the form and connect some JavaScript code to it. Who knows how to do this?
