Hi Igor

let's assume you are going to install tv 0.3 by having tv 0.4 uninstalled
first:
- go to the extension manager
- look up for templavoila
- when you've got the list of templavoila extensions just klick on
TemplaVoila! in the column <title:>; nowhere else (don't import)
- on the next window select 0.3.0 in the upper left corner
