[Typo3] UTF gets escaped in forms

Well, it didn't :)))

The thing is that here is what I do:

As you see, for some odd reason the string is passed through
htmlentities. I haven't searched the indexed_search's files yet (I've
been battling a different problem with fixed_lgd incorrectly splitting
up unicode strings). What I do wonder, though, is whether it is
inherent in Typo3 itself
