[Typo3] Problems with the extension manager

This has happened to me, it seems that some extensions don't specify to 
TER (?) that they either don't have translations (or a manual doc?) file 
with the extension. Make sure you haven't checked that box, if you still 
get an error uncheck both (trans and manual).

If you still can't get it to download then on the page listing the 
extensions click on the arrow image to get the extension instead of 
clicking on the extension name and then getting the extension.
