[Typo3] expanding tmenu to 2 levels

I would like the menu items to appear below 1. level items but maybe
this is not possible with tmenu... I'm not sure how to do it without
gmenu, but I like tmenu better so thats why I'm trying...

I can see you issues may cause problems but maybe someone sround have
solved this?
