[Typo3] realUrl and language detection

Hi list,

we are having the following problem with realUrl and (rlmp)language-detection:
when calling the page with  different localised browsers, instead of modifying
the L-parameter into /de/ or /en/, the default-language is used always with
the L-parameter attached to the end of the url,
example:
www.theurl.de/de/home/page.html?&L=2
