[Typo3] Problem with dynamic select of page and tt_content

Hello folks,

i've a problem with my dynamic select over page and tt_content. Here is the code:

i don't know how to set the GPvar in the begin tag of ts or in a where syntax of the sql query to set a dynamic select over the page. 
At the bottom of the page i've a navigation with additional params which in the following page are shown.
