[Typo3] icon of system folder in typo 3.8

Hi!

After reading the bug (thnx for the hint...) i see that it might be 
obsolte to choose a plugin for a sysfolder. I dont understand what the 
icon has to to with "skinable" but i am not a tekkie...

 From a user perspective i still would like to have the little icons...
