[Typo3] Swedish language file

Does anyone know if there is a Swedish language extension somewhere? I am 
using 3.8 on my dev laptop, but I can find Swedish among the languages in 
the repository.
I suppose various extensions takes their text from the default language? 
(The site I'm developing has mixed Swedish and English text from content and 
extensions - a tad uggly I'd say).
