[Typo3] Dictionary Extension?

Hi Folks,

I am looking for a dictionary extension. Basically it should 
automatically link (known) words in text with a (selfmade) dictionary. 
So the frontend user can just click and have the explanation.
I checked the repository but werent able to find something similar but 
there are so many I might have missed it.
If it is not out there would there be an interest for one?
