[Typo3] Reproduce "sitetitle: pagetitle" in typoscript

I'm using a HTML template with lots of that are replaced by content from my
typoscript template. In order to output the markup I want, I've included the
following line in my TypoScript template:

page.config.disableAllHeaderCode = 1

I am however having some problems with the page title. My HTML template
looks like this:

<title>###PAGE_TITLE###</title>

I want to replace ###PAGE_TITLE### with the title of the website followed by
a colon followed by the title of the page. How do I do this?
