[Typo3] Help creating a new plugin

Hi

i found that the "Frontend Plugin Development" section  in the video
tutorials on typo3.org gave me a much better and clearer overview of
making a plugin than what "Creating a basic extension" did for me.
Really, it's not that hard to follow and i'm sure it gives you loads
of ideas to work with and get you started on making a basic extension.
