[Typo3] create new page wizard displays all sitepage in restricted area

I set up several restricted area for my users. And that all works fine. That 
only see see there tree structure on BE login. However when they create a 
new page, and use the wizard, they see the complete tree structure of the 
website. So they can create new pages at locations they are not allowed to. 
How and where is this set? (thus let them create new pages only in the 
restricted ares)
