[Typo3] Show default content if translation is missing

Hi everybody!

I 've a problem with a multi language page using the One-Tree-Concept.
I want to show the user a default content if a translation for the certain page is missing. The menu-tree should contain all pages and if there's no translation for the current page the user should be redirected to a special page which tells him that there is no translation yet. 

If there ist noch redirect possible it would be helpful if the template could at least import some content from a SysFolder.

Of course the normal page content must be shown if exist a translation.
