[Typo3] modern guestbook in a multi-language site

hi there,
does anybody know if it is possible to use the new version of modern
guestbook in a multi-language environment?

i have a website with two languages (english, german). in listview i can
edit every (modern guestbook-) record and there is a field "language".
this field is set by default to the language which the user has choosen
in the FE. there is also a way to set these field to "all" (what i would
prefer) - but then i'll get the error message:

i changed already this fieldtyp from int to varchar, text and others -
the error still appears...

btw: chanching every record manually would be quite a bit annoying i
think :-(

i'd like to configure modern guestbook in a way, that every entry will
be displayed independent from the choosen language in just ONE guestbook
regardless of which language the FE-user has choosen.  
 
still in hope for a simple solution
