[Typo3] TV: New TO but not shown as an available template

Hello *!
I'm trying to get confident with TV. I have a working TO/CS, even with 
printing option available. now i'm trying to add a new TO as a new 
template (no subtemplate), but using the same CS. i edit it regularly, 
as shown in the FTB tutorial, but when i try to apply the new TO it 
doesn't display as an option... just the old TO is available.
any hint?
