[Typo3] Bullet list...

Hi there,

I'm trying to configure the bullet image when insert a list into the 
RTE.
But i don't find the way to do this, i've search trough the mailing 
list about it but the only things i've found are in the way of fully 
modified the RTE configuration, all what i want is to use my bullet 
image instead of default one ?
is there a simple way to do this please ?
any clues, links or something else ?
